My name is Lindsey Tanner, founding attorney of Tanner Law. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Rhetoric and Writing. I then went on to receive my law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. (I still cheer on my Longhorns! Hook'em Always!) While in law school, I received the highest grade in my Legal Research and Writing Class; won countless moot court awards; and, was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review. At graduation, I was named to the Order of the Scribes--meaning I was in the top five writers of my law school class--and, to Order of the Barristers--meaning I was in the top ten speakers of my law school class.

In law school I made all the right moves to secure a job at a bigger civil litigation firm. I worked for several during law school. But, two weeks after I sat for the bar, I lost my father to Leukemia. That experience grew me more than all the years of schooling combined. I learned I have a heart for people planning for their future or going through the legal process after losing a loved one. I want to provide clarity and support to you and your family wherever you are in the process. I know, first hand, that the best way to love your loved ones after you pass on is to make all those tough decisions ahead of time: to leave them with a plan. I am here to make that process simple, swift, and secure.
